(1) – north pole requires 3 overview satellites to over view movement from the north to visual equator

(2) – south pole requires 3 overview satellites to over view movement from the south to visual equator

(3) – equator pole requires 3 overview satellites to over view movement
from the six north and south to visualally over look and control equator static & light

(4) – The equator triple lair will over lap with the centre equator gig’s pattern of sixteen units per layer,
= 48 units total = 16 units total equator. 16 units reading & running changes in the natural zone,
between the north south pole sections of the rotating electrical system generating light spectrum changes.
light spectrum mixing for discharging – static – moisture – cold – hot.

(5) This will slow down the wind lighten the rain, lighten the snow in this revolving area.
Thus in creasing the north south cold.
This can all be controlled gently at the equator settings, pulling cold north & south.
